  1. Where is Live Bella based? - We are based in San Jose, California
  2. How can I check the status of my order? - Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number. 
  3. Where can I find product sizing information? - There is a sizing chart on every product page.  
  4. Can I return my order?  - Yes! Within 7 days of receiving your order you can make a return. Tags must be on the item you purchased.
  5. Can I cancel or change my order? - We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so for this reason, we aren’t able to cancel or make changes. However, if you would like to make a return you can do so within the first 7 days of receiving your order. 
  6. What do I do if my order is damaged? - We quality control every item that is sent out. This should not be an issue. Please email us if there is a concern.
